4" Munny - customised vinyl toy. Not really satisfied with the result. But Timmy needed a girlfriend...

Munny...... again... I know. They are addictive! Made from a 4" Munny. I named him Timmy cause he is obviously inspired by Tim Burton's characters. I love Burton's style. So, I named this wee guy Timmy to honour Tim Burton.
I documented his progress with some pictures.

Sugar Skull Munny

My absolutely favourite day is the 31. of October. Some call it Halloween some Día de los muertos (Day of the dead). It's the Mexican day to celebrate the dead as Samhain (or Halloween) for the Celts. I just love this day in any form from any country or culture. The sugar skull is also used a lot in New Orleans, one of the coolest places on earth! Anyway. I made this Sugar Skull Munny a few weeks ago but never found time to make some pictures, edit them and uplad them. It was about time. Enjoy!

The Death - Munny

He has many names, the death. He's the Death, the Grim Reaper, Dark Angel, Angel Of Death, Archangel Samael, Azra'il (or Azrael), the ferry man, Santa Muerte, Yama... Here he is in all of his appearances.

I have a huge crush on the personification of the Death. He is not only the one who takes the lives he also escort the souls to the other side and is also the guardian of the gate to the other world.
I think it's a shame how people became afraid of this character. It was nothing unusual about the death in the past.
I sew his clothes and cape of an old sweater. The scythe is made of clay, painted with acrylics. And comes with a paper wing.

Evil Jester Munny

This 7" Munny was a commission. My customer said, he likes; skulls, clowns, monsters, Heath Ledger as Joker... I love the evil version of the Jester. I saw the end result while he was telling his list of things he likes. I had a few problems with this one. The tails split while the clay has dried. It was quite a tricky work. We don't have good sculping clay over here, so I have to struggle whatever I have. hope he'll enjoy his figure!

This 4" little creature has a X-Mini Speaker in his head. Left eye shines in blue or red. Made with a vinyl 4" Munny, X-Mini Speaker, sculping clay, hot glue and acrylic paint. And yes, it really works!

Costumised 7" Munny. Inspired by the Song "Down With The Sickness" by Disturbed. One of my favourite bands. The paint doesn't look authentic on these photos.

Rusty 2.0 looking for a new home

This is Rusty!
Rusty is a little Munny robot. Me and a friend of mine built a robot as kids. I always loved robots, they are somehow fascinating.
As a Munny addict, I had to make another robot.
Some people asked me howmuch it would cost to buy Rusty. But Rusty is not for sale.
Well, Rusty and I decided to make a brother for him. He's looking for a cozy new home.
Now here he is:

Do you see the difference? Well there are actually a few. First of all. Rusty II is a 2.0 versin of Rusty. He's more accurately processed with more details. You just learn from your prototypes. He has also a longer hose to move his head. A blue tank on his back (Rusty's tank is red). And most important a much more authentic rust effect finish! He's 7" tall and comes with the original Munny box!
